Official Facebook Raffle Rules:

1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in NC. Employees of PetTastics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: To enter the raffle, participants must make a donation of at least $1 to @PetTastics via Venmo and comment “Donation Entry” on the payment. Each $1 donation will count as one entry. Participants can also receive an additional entry by sharing a photo of their pet in the comments. To qualify for the additional entries, participants must first make a donation.

3. Raffle Drawing: The raffle drawing will take place on January 7th at 3pm EST via Facebook Live. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

4. Prize: The winner will receive a FREE signed copy of the book “Best Dogs of Fayetteville NC and their Friends” and a guaranteed spot for their dog on the first page of next year’s edition.

5. Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must provide their full name, mailing address, and contact information to PetTastics within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity: By participating in the raffle, participants grant PetTastics the right to use their name and submitted dog photo for promotional purposes related to the raffle and the book.

8. Limitation of Liability: PetTastics is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the raffle or the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Facebook Disclaimer: This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing their information to PetTastics and not to Facebook.

10. Modification or Cancellation: PetTastics reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time for any reason.

By participating in the raffle, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these official rules
